Overseas
Immersion Training
WWLR has extensive experience in providing quality
language immersion training to its clients. We offer
a fully intergraded study abroad experience and our
programs are specifically designed for foreign
nationals and tailored to the students’ levels of
language proficiency. Previous knowledge of a
foreign language is not a requirement as classes are
taught at all levels. Normally our programs lodge
students with local families; however other options
are available. WWLR immersion classes start on every
Monday with a few exceptions. For more information

Isomersion Programs
Due to the current state of world affairs and Force
Protection constraints, WWLR is responding to
requirements of our academic, corporate, government
and military clients by providing domestic cultural
language isomersion programs. The Isomersion Program
is located in Maine and combines the unique
experience of “isolation” and “immersion” by having
a group of dedicated students live and study
together with their instructor(s) in a comfortable
setting. These programs are available in any
language on customer request and can be set up
within 30 days. Languages are taught at beginner,
intermediate, and advanced levels. WWLR offers
various weekend excursions for students in the
isomersion programs. Travel, lodging, meals,
instruction and a comprehensive array of course
materials are provided as a complete package.
Home Based Basic Acquisition Training ( HBBAT)
Program
HBBAT Program is Army developed program for language
training delivery. This program is designed to
develop students’ oral comprehension skills and a
thorough knowledge of current events in the target
country. Classes are held in the comfort of
students’ homes or work locations. All languages are
taught at different levels. Telephonic classes are
offered for intermediate and advance students. WWLR
supplies instructional materials based on customer
requirements and instructor preferences.
Mobile
Training Teams (MTTs)
As
a training alternative, WWLR has sent numerous MTTs
to teach at unit or corporate locations throughout
the continental US and abroad. WWLR instructors are
selected based upon customer requirements and their
experience in teaching language and cultural
applications. WWLR supplies the educational texts
and software at the appropriate level of student
language proficiency based on instructor evaluations
and customer requirements. Instruction, materials
and instructor travel arrangements are included in
the program.
Tutoring
WWLR can provide foreign language tutors for at work
or in home instruction. This affords the most
flexible options for language instruction with
tutoring scheduled around the student's schedule and
suited to the student's exact application for

English as a Second Language - ESL
WWLR operates intensive ESL programs as MTTs or at
our Isomersion facility. WWLR also offers a
home-stay program at various locations throughout
the United States. ESL teaching methodology is
application based focusing on basic "survival
skills" for language acquisition as well as
intermediate, advanced, and specific job application
