Training Specialist:
•
Design, develop and conduct technical training for
various employee groups
•
Identify training needs through regular interaction
with the customer
•
Conduct needs analysis with trainees after program
completion
•
Design and produce job aids and training tools
•
Develop performance measurements to ensure training
programs meet targeted needs
•
Monitor ability of the participants to retain and
apply the training information
• In
coordination with the APM, select, train, and
supervise assistant trainers from the workforce to
assist with routine/daily training or re-training
requirements
•
Travel to each supported location, minus Balad,
Iraq, on a regular
basis to assist new employees/trainees and to
support customer requirements
•
Document all training programs and related
procedures
•
Maintain/update materials, training manuals,
handouts, etc., for all training programs
•
Create/maintain individual training records, showing
initial, periodic and remedial tng
Qualifications:
• One
to three years of hands on employee training and
training development
•
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people
at all levels
•
Demonstrated ability to perform issue analysis and
recommend sound resolutions
•
Strong organization and time management skills
•
Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
•
Demonstrated excellence in oral and written
communication
•
Excellent presentation skills
The
contract provides strategic Document and Media
Exploitation (DOMEX) support to the Intelligence
Community (IC), Law Enforcement Community and
Department of Defense (DoD) in CONUS and OCONUS
locations.
Mandatory Requirements (All):
Able and willing to live and work in austere
conditions. Have the physical and mental capacity to
function in a high operational tempo and in crisis
situations. Able to communicate effectively
in English, orally and in writing. Experience using
Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint). Experience in word processing, typing,
editing, using office machines. Experience in
data-base processes. Knowledge of U.S.
Intelligence Community. Must be eligible for a full
Secret clearance, or higher, in JPAS in order to be
considered for nomination.
