Team Leader
(this may be an additional duty
for an Operations Support employee)
Leads a team of personnel providing direct support
to the mission; reports to the Shift Supervisor
and/or APM; coordinates assigned tasks, relays
requirements; assists in training team members and
completes other tasks as assigned. Duties include
but are not limited to:
•
Enforce all client policies and procedures
•
Conduct efficient, timely handover with prior and
subsequent shifts
• Track
team attendance and accountability
•
Ensure work schedules allow for maximum personnel at
the workplace
each day
• Lead,
mentor, and counsel team members
•
Coordinate with staff and others to assess team
members’ skill and work
performance
•
Assign work and track progress
•
Report problems and concerns immediately
•
Ensure constant quality control is maintained
Operations
•
Experience as a manager/supervisor
•
Knowledge of military intelligence operations
•
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with
people from varied
backgrounds
•
Excellent use and knowledge of the English language
•
Excellent English grammar skills
•
Experience overseeing or managing administrative
support functions
The
contract provides strategic Document and Media
Exploitation (DOMEX) support to the Intelligence
Community (IC), Law Enforcement Community and
Department of Defense (DoD) in CONUS and OCONUS
locations.
Mandatory Requirements (All):
Able and willing to live and work in austere
conditions. Have the physical and mental capacity to
function in a high operational tempo and in crisis
situations. Able to communicate effectively
in English, orally and in writing. Experience using
Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint). Experience in word processing, typing,
editing, using office machines. Experience in
data-base processes. Knowledge of U.S.
Intelligence Community. Must be eligible for a full
Secret clearance, or higher, in JPAS in order to be
considered for nomination.
