Shift Supervisor: Represents the APM during multi-shift work, or as part of a larger, one-shift organization, in monitoring all aspects of personnel accountability, training, workflow management, and quality control. Duties include but are not limited to:

            • Enforce all applicable policies and procedures

            • Conduct efficient, timely handover with prior and subsequent shifts

            • Track shift attendance and accountability

            • Track shift production statistics

            • Supervise, mentor and counsel shift Team Leaders

            • Conduct processes and procedures sampling to ensure production standards are met

            • Supervise quality control of assignments

            • Plan, supervise, and/or assess training

            • Oversee cross-training of key personnel to ensure continuity during absences

 

Qualifications: Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as a direct, hands-on manager and supervisor; preferably at least one year directly managing or supervising contractor personnel in deployed locations. Must understand the IC’s – especially DIA’s – working environment. Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite. Must be comfortable briefing senior government personnel. Must be able to multi-task, be organized and adaptable to changing/evolving requirements.

 

The contract provides strategic Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) support to the Intelligence Community (IC), Law Enforcement Community and Department of Defense (DoD) in CONUS and OCONUS locations.

 Mandatory Requirements (All): Able and willing to live and work in austere conditions. Have the physical and mental capacity to function in a high operational tempo and in crisis situations. Able to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing. Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in word processing, typing, editing, using office machines. Experience in data-base processes. Knowledge of U.S. Intelligence Community. Must be eligible for a full Secret clearance, or higher, in JPAS in order to be considered for nomination.
