- Recruite
linguists and other to fulfill
WWLR contract requirements
(primary US Government contracts
for linguists and other
personnel with security
clearances.).
- Primary
recuit via phone, fax, email, in
person (attending events,
traveling to ethnic locations,
etc.) or othe rmeans for primary
Arabic, Kurdish, Pashto, Dari,
Uzbek and other linguists.
- Identifies
opportunities and solutions for
continuous process improvement.
- Assist with
applicants'/candidates'
questions and in-processing.
- Provide
excellent customer service to
all applicants/candidates.
- Maintain
accurate records (including
database entries) on all
applicants/candidates.
- Assess
applicants, review resumes,
review security applications,
review test scores and conduct
interviews in order to make
independant decisions regarding
teh quality of the linguist,
their professionalism and
ability to work with WWLR on US
government contracts.
- Responsible
for making independent decisions
regarding payment offers, bonus
offers and administering
subcontracts in accordance with
standard WWLR practices and
policies.
- Coordinate
with Operations, Finance and
Travel departments for confirmed
linguists to attend training,
in-processing or other required
screenings/testing.
- Coordinate
with Security for applicants
requiring security clearance.
- Travel is
required to recruiting fairs,
recruiting events, ethnic
enclaves and other events.
- Travel to NC
office 1 week a month for
training.
- Administrative duties include
ansering multiple phone lines,
filing and typing, writing
reports and/or spreadsheets,
scheduling appointments and
daily maintenance of specialized
database.
- Other
recruiting duties or special
projects as assigned.
- Possess
excellent personnel management
skills and can work with many
different personalities and
cultures.
- Excellent
telephone skills
- Excellent
oral and written communications
- Previous
sales, recruiting or customer
service experience is prefered.
- Must have
strong attention to detail and
ability to multitask.
- Must be
responsible to handle a
positiono f trust with monetary
and personal information.
- Maintain a
professional appearance to
promote WWLR positively to
clients, applicants and vendors.
- Bilingual in
English and Arabic, Dari or
Pashto preferred but not
required.
- Motivated to
recuit and sell WWLR as a
superior language service
provider.
- Excellent
proficiency with MS Office
applications, to include Access
and Excel.
- College
degree preferred but not
required
- Sales
training or generalized training
desired.
