Program Manager:
WorldWide Language Resources, Inc. is seeking a professional, energetic, and mature individual who meets the following requirements and is available for immediate employment.
General Description:
• Manage US Government support services contracts (primarily Firm Fixed Price and Time & Materials) or other Government and commercial contracts.
• Manage and handle contract personnel issues – staffing, terminations, transfers, emergencies, in-processing, training coordination, etc.
• Represent WWLR as the primary liaison with Government Contracting Officer's and higher tier contractors.
• Manage and oversea all on-site managers and personnel assigned to contracts.
• Responsible for all accounting for payments, budgets, reimbursements, billings and other financial data for assigned contracts.
• Responsible for all contract required reports (personnel/staffing reports, situation reports, other administrative reports, etc.).
• Attend and participate in all contract meetings to provide knowledge, appraisals, opinions and other needed information regarding contract issues.
• Work with all internal departments (finance, recruiting, IT, security, business development) to support contract requirements.
• Support efforts (writing, pricing, attending meetings, providing insight and
knowledge, providing past performance information, etc.) for new contracts or
contract renewals.
• May require domestic and international travel.
• Other duties as required by the contract or assignment.
• Experience needed in logistics, finance/accounting, and/or personnel management.
Qualifications:
• Possess very good personnel management skills and can work with many different personalities and cultures.
• Experience needed in logistics, finance/accounting, and/or personnel management.
• Prefer those with military leadership, business/personnel management and/or contract management experience.
• Strong computer skills (able to create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets) and accounting/bookkeeping background is necessary.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Previous experience with US Government contracts is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) is preferred.
• Must currently hold Security Clearance or be capable of acquiring a Security Clearance.
Educational Requirements:
• A Minimum of a bachelors degree is desired, an advanced degree is preferred.
