Human Resources/J-1:
This position requires
experienced Personnel/Human Resources Officers,
former Senior Enlisted or civilian Personnel
Managers/Technicians who will provide a wide array
of personnel support functions for both military and
civilian personnel. Must be able to deliver a full
range of manpower support services, to include:
•
Report and process casualty information through
appropriate channels
•
Advise military and civilian personnel concerning HR
actions
•
Create, maintain and audit personnel files
•
Coordinate with DIA to process performance
appraisals, awards and promotions
•
Perform Reception, Staging, Onward movement and
Integration (RSOI) services
•
Provide orientation briefings for incoming personnel
•
Coordinate changes to the Unit/Global Manning
Documents (UMD/GMD)
•
Update the daily Joint Personnel Status (JPERSTAT);
provide accurate strength reports
•
Coordinate staffing vacancies to identify
replacement personnel
•
Perform mail clerk and custodian duties
•
Prepare and submit timely information and forms for
awards; track awards progress
•
Provide information and prepare and process Rest and
Recuperation program requests
•
Create and maintain files in accordance with DIA
file system guidelines
• Use
and maintain automated machines, such as copier,
fax, computers, printers, laminators
Qualifications:
• Must
possess a broad knowledge of federal civilian and
military personnel practices, procedures and
programs
• Able
to analyze and interpret myriad personnel policies,
regulations and guidelines
• Have
excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must
be personable and able to get along well with a wide
range of personalities
The
contract provides strategic Document and Media
Exploitation (DOMEX) support to the Intelligence
Community (IC), Law Enforcement Community and
Department of Defense (DoD) in CONUS and OCONUS
locations.
Mandatory Requirements (All):
Able and willing to live
and work in austere conditions. Have the physical
and mental capacity to function in a high
operational tempo and in crisis situations. Able to
communicate effectively in English, orally
and in writing. Experience using Microsoft Office
applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience
in word processing, typing, editing, using office
machines. Experience in data-base processes.
Knowledge of U.S. Intelligence Community. Must be
eligible for a full Secret clearance, or higher, in
JPAS in order to be considered for nomination.
