Analyst description:
•
Access local/national intelligence databases to
respond to or validate requests for information
•
Produce broad and complex all-source analysis
intelligence products
•
Apply intelligence analytical skills to identify,
assess, and report on a variety of issues
•
Deliver information involving sensitive, highly
technical or abstract problems or issues of
considerable importance or consequence to internal
and external customers
Qualifications:
• Must
have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an
intelligence analyst
• Must
achieve a minimum ILR writing test score of 4 in
English (see Appendix Four)
•
Capability to produce publishable IIR’s & Client
directives
• Have
extensive experience with: word processing, typing,
editing, use of office
machines, using databases, conducting internet
research, Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Able
to rapidly summarize large amounts of data and
provide a gist, summary or synopsis of that material
in a limited amount of time
• Have
a basic understanding of the IC and how each
deployed location supports it
• Have a basic understanding of a diverse range of
topics, including: military
operations, Order of Battle,
counter-terrorism, insurgency, Middle Eastern
politics, Middle
Eastern or Central Asian religious dynamics,
Coalition Forces and others
• Understand IC standard classification markings
for intelligence reporting
The contract provides
strategic Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX)
support to the Intelligence Community (IC), Law
Enforcement Community and Department of Defense (DoD)
in CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Mandatory Requirements (All):
Able and willing to live
and work in austere conditions. Have the physical
and mental capacity to function in a high
operational tempo and in crisis situations. Able to
communicate effectively in English, orally
and in writing. Experience using Microsoft Office
applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience
in word processing, typing, editing, using office
machines. Experience in data-base processes.
Knowledge of U.S. Intelligence Community. Must be
eligible for a full Secret clearance, or higher, in
JPAS in order to be considered for nomination.
